"They seem great, although we haven't used them yet. The flickering light is nice, although I'd prefer the color be a little more yellow instead of so orange. Also, I'd love to not have the logo printed on them, that makes them look very cheesy and like we're trying to advertise for a sponsor or something. PLEASE remove the logo. Thank you!"

    Q&A

I'm only curious: why make a battery operated candle in which the battery cannot be replaced?
Dear Customer,Thank you for the feedback. The LED light and AAA batteries should provide for multiple years of use for these Candlelight service candles. These are designed more for safety .The Concordia Team
Do you sell candles that can be used in an Eternal Light in the sanctuary instead of a read candle that needs changing every week?Thank you, Cindy Baubie
Yes, we have a few Legacy Candles, simply type that into our search bar and you should see all of our options.
Your description says the batteries are non replaceable. Does this mean when the battery runs down you have to purchase new candles?
    Yes that is correct
Hi,I’d appreciate if you could answer my question. I’m a little confused. The product name is “ Soft White Non-Flickering SafeFlame LED Battery Candle.” So, the name states that it is non-flickering. But, in the product description it says that it has a flicker effect. It says, “ SafeFlame's exclusive realistic flicker effect imitates the flickering of a real life flame.”So, can you please tell me if this product is flickering or non-flickering?Thank you so much!
The soft white has a glow, does not flicker.
