FAQ

What is the ordering process?
After you fill out the form, you can expect to receive a cost estimate and a digital proof within 24 business hours. Once you approve your design, you will receive a Sales Order with instructions on how to pay. We will begin printing after payment is made.

How many sides of the envelope can I print on?
We are only able to print on the side without the flap on our standard offering envelopes. Our extended flap envelopes allow for ink on all four panels.

What is the difference between a standard envelope and an extended flap envelope?
Our standard envelopes are the common tithing envelopes you are likely used to seeing in church pews. They are each 6.25" x 3" with the flap running along the long edge.

Our extended flap envelopes are 6" x 3.5" with four panels with print capabilities. These are often used to send through the mail or by churches that require additional information about the donor.

What is the difference between a one-color, two-color and full-color imprint?
Most of our designs can be formatted to one-color, two-color and sometimes full-color designs. If you want to include your church logo in your design, a determination may have to be made whether it can be reduced to one- or two-colors.

One-color imprint simply means that there will be only one ink color used in the design. Two-color imprint means that your design will incorporate two ink colors. A Full-color print means there will be three or more colors in your design.

How long does it take to receive the envelopes?
It normally takes about two weeks for the items to print, ship and deliver from the time that we receive payment. Upgraded shipping and rush printing is available for an additional cost.

Can you box the envelopes with separate dates or numbers on each individual envelope?
No, we do not sell boxed envelope sets. We print the same design on each envelope.

What is the minimum quantity?
Our minimum quantity is 500 envelopes. After 500, we print in increments of 1,000 only.
