Effective Date: September 25, 2026
Last Updated: September 25, 2026
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Concordia Supply Co., Inc. ("Concordia Supply," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 11810 Jersey Blvd., Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730.
These Terms govern your use of concordiasupply.com (the "Site") and your purchase of any products from us. By accessing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or place an order.
Please read Section 15 (Disclaimers), Section 16 (Limitation of Liability), and Section 19 (Dispute Resolution and Arbitration) carefully. Section 19 requires most disputes to be resolved through individual arbitration and waives your right to participate in class actions. You may opt out of arbitration as described in Section 19.
We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last Updated" date above shows the most recent version. Changes take effect when posted but do not apply to orders already placed. For material changes affecting Autoship subscriptions, we will give advance notice as described in Section 9. Changes to Section 19 will not apply to disputes you notified us about before the change.
Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
Age and capacity. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to place an order or create an account.
Ordering for a church or organization. If you order on behalf of a church, school, ministry, or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to do so, and these Terms apply to both you and the organization.
United States only. We sell and ship only within the United States, including U.S. territories and APO/FPO addresses. We do not accept international orders or ship to international addresses.
Accounts. You may create an account to place orders, track shipments, save wish lists, and participate in our rewards program. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and keep it current. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use.
Suspension. We may suspend or close any account, cancel any order, or refuse service at any time for any lawful reason, including suspected fraud, abuse of our returns or rewards policies, unauthorized resale activity, or violation of these Terms.
We sell church and ministry supplies, including communion supplies (such as prefilled communion cups containing juice and wafers or bread), Vacation Bible School ("VBS") materials, candles, Bibles, curriculum, custom printed products, and related goods.
Descriptions and images. We work to describe and display products accurately, but we do not warrant that descriptions, images, colors, dimensions, or other content are complete, current, or error-free. Colors may vary by screen, and manufacturers may change packaging, formulation, or specifications without notice.
Availability. All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or restrict sales at any time.
Drop-shipped items. Some products ship directly from our suppliers or manufacturers. These items may ship separately, on different timelines, and in different packaging. If your order arrives in multiple shipments, there is no additional shipping cost to you.
Prefilled communion cups and other consumable products are food items.
Allergens. Prefilled communion products may contain wheat, gluten, and grape juice, and may be produced in facilities that also process other allergens. Review packaging and product pages before use. Gluten-free options, where offered, are identified on the product page.
Expiration dating. Consumable products carry a best-by or expiration date. Inspect your order on arrival and contact us promptly if the dating is shorter than expected.
Storage. Follow the storage instructions on the packaging. We are not responsible for spoilage from improper storage after delivery, or from a package left unattended after delivery.
Candles are open-flame products. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep candles away from children, pets, drafts, and anything flammable, and follow all warnings on the product and packaging. You are responsible for the safe use, placement, and supervision of candles and any other flame- or heat-producing products purchased from us.
Some products are delivered as digital downloads.
License. Your purchase grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the download for your church, school, or ministry's own use, subject to any license terms on the product page or included with the file. Some publishers allow reproduction for a single congregation or campus; others do not. The publisher's license controls.
Restrictions. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, post publicly, or share digital downloads beyond the license granted.
No returns. Digital downloads are non-returnable and non-refundable once access is delivered.
Access. Files are available for download after purchase. If you have trouble accessing a file you purchased, contact us and we will help.
When you order custom products, such as banners, bulletins, apparel, signs, or postcards, you are responsible for the text, images, and designs you provide. You confirm that you have the right to use them and that they do not infringe anyone else's rights. We may refuse any custom order at our discretion.
Please review proofs carefully. Once you approve a proof, we are not responsible for errors in the approved design. Returns of custom products are handled as described in Section 11.
Pricing. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. The price that applies to your order is the price displayed when you place it.
Errors. Products may occasionally be listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information. We may correct errors and cancel or refuse any order placed at an incorrect price, even after the order is confirmed and your payment method is charged. If we cancel an order for this reason, we will refund the amount charged in full.
Sales tax. We collect sales tax in all states where we are required to, based on your shipping address.
Tax exemption. Eligible churches, schools, and other exempt organizations may purchase without sales tax once we have a valid exemption certificate on file for the applicable state. Submit your certificate to [email protected] before placing your order. Exemptions cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders. You are responsible for the accuracy and continued validity of any certificate you provide, and for any tax, interest, or penalties owed if an exemption is invalid.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is not accepted until we confirm it and, for physical goods, ship it. An order confirmation email means we received your order; it is not acceptance.
We may decline or cancel any order, in whole or in part, including for pricing errors, product unavailability, suspected fraud, quantity limits, or unauthorized resale activity.
Canceling or changing an order. You may cancel or change an order if you contact us before it ships. Once an order has shipped, it is handled under our return policy in Section 11. Contact us at 1-800-521-0751 or [email protected].
We accept credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and, for approved account customers, payment on invoiced terms as described in Section 8.
When you are charged. Credit card and digital wallet orders are charged when you place the order. Approved terms accounts are invoiced when the order ships.
You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide and that your billing information is accurate and complete. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors.
Eligible churches and organizations may apply to purchase on invoiced terms, as described on our Church Billing page.
Approval. You may place your first order before your account is approved, but we will review and approve the account before shipping. We are not required to approve any application and may request additional information or references.
Billing. Terms orders are invoiced at shipment.
Payment. Invoices are due according to the payment terms stated on the invoice.
Past-due balances. Past-due balances may result in suspension of your terms account, a requirement to prepay future orders, and any late charges stated on your invoice or permitted by law.
Credit limits. We may set, change, or revoke credit limits, and may suspend or close a terms account at our discretion.
Select products are available through Autoship, a recurring order program.
How it works. When you enroll a product in Autoship, you authorize us to automatically place and charge a new order at the frequency you choose, using your saved payment method, until you cancel.
Frequencies. Every month, every two months, or quarterly.
Consent. Before you enroll, we will clearly disclose the Autoship terms, including what you are buying, the frequency, the price and any shipping charges, and how to cancel, and we will obtain your express consent to those terms. Enrollment is never pre-selected, and consent to Autoship is obtained separately from your agreement to these Terms.
Acknowledgment. After you enroll, we will send you a confirmation of your Autoship terms, including how to cancel, in a form you can keep.
Price changes. Autoship orders are charged at the price in effect when each order is placed. If the price of an Autoship item changes, we will notify you at least 7 days and no more than 30 days before the change takes effect, in a form you can keep.
Advance notice of shipments. We will notify you before each Autoship order is processed so you can skip, change, or cancel it up to 7 days before it ships.
How to cancel. You may cancel Autoship at any time. Cancellation takes effect before your next scheduled order as long as you cancel before that order is processed. You may cancel:
If you enrolled online, you can cancel online without calling or emailing us. We will never require you to speak with anyone to cancel.
Skipping and changing. You may skip a shipment or change the frequency, shipping address, or payment method in your account or by contacting us.
Failed payments. If your payment method is declined, we may pause your Autoship and try to reach you. We may cancel the subscription if we cannot process payment.
Where we ship. Anywhere in the United States, including P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories.
Free shipping. Standard shipping is free on orders over $49.
Timing. Most orders arrive within 2 to 7 days. Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees. Timing may vary for drop-shipped items, oversized items, remote destinations, APO/FPO addresses, and during busy seasons such as VBS, Advent, Lent, and Easter. We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather, or other events outside our control.
Address accuracy. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address you provided. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment, and reshipping charges may apply.
Lost, damaged, or incomplete shipments. If your order doesn't arrive, arrives damaged, or is incomplete, contact us at 1-800-521-0751 or [email protected] and we will make it right by replacing the items or refunding you. Please contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date so we can file any necessary carrier claim.
Backorders. If an item is unavailable, we will notify you and may ship the rest of your order first. You will not be charged extra shipping for a split shipment.
Return window. You may return most items within 90 days of delivery.
Extended VBS returns. You may return eligible unused Vacation Bible School materials up to one week after your VBS program ends, even if that is past the 90-day window. Tell us your VBS dates when you start the return.
Condition. Returned items must be in good, resalable condition. Items that are used, damaged, marked, or missing components may be refused or refunded at a reduced amount.
Restocking fees. We don't currently charge restocking fees, but we reserve the right to charge one for certain returns, such as large, bulk, or special-order items. Any restocking fee will be disclosed in our Returns Policy or on the product page before you purchase.
Non-returnable items. Digital downloads are non-returnable and non-refundable once access is delivered. Custom and printed products are returnable only if we made an error or the item is defective.
Return shipping. If you're returning an item because you changed your mind, ordered incorrectly, or no longer need it, you pay return shipping. If we made an error (wrong item, defective product, or damage in transit), we will send you a prepaid return label.
Refund method. Refunds are issued as store credit by default. If you prefer a refund to your original payment method, ask us and we will process it that way: to your card for card orders, or by check for invoiced terms accounts.
Refund timing. We usually process refunds within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting your return, and no later than 10 business days. Card refunds may take an additional billing cycle to appear, depending on your bank.
Starting a return. Submit a return request from your account under Order Details, or contact us at 1-800-521-0751 or [email protected].
Members earn points for creating an account, making purchases, writing product reviews, and taking part in occasional promotions. Points can be redeemed for store credit or donated to a participating charity. Points for reviews are awarded whether the review is positive or negative.
Points and store credit have no cash value, are not property, and cannot be sold, transferred, or redeemed for cash, except where required by law. Points expire after 18 months with no account activity. Points earned on canceled or returned orders will be removed. We may change, suspend, or end the program, adjust point values, and cancel points obtained through error, fraud, or misuse.
Reviews and photos. You may submit product reviews and photos. Submissions are reviewed before publication, and published reviews and photos are publicly visible on the Site.
Wish lists. Wish lists are visible only to you.
Your license to us. By submitting a review, photo, or other content, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, transferable, and sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display that content in connection with our business, including in marketing, in any media, without compensation.
Your responsibilities. You confirm that you own or have the rights to the content you submit, that it doesn't infringe anyone's rights or break any law, and that anyone appearing in a photo has consented to its use. Please don't submit photos in which children are identifiable unless you have permission from each child's parent or guardian.
Prohibited content. Do not submit content that is false, misleading, unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harassing, hateful, or infringing, or that contains other people's personal information, malware, advertising, or spam.
Our discretion. We may publish, decline to publish, edit, or remove any submission. We do not endorse user content and are not required to monitor it.
Site content. The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and software, are owned by Concordia Supply or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. "Concordia Supply" and our logos are our trademarks and may not be used without our written permission. Product images, brand names, and materials belonging to our suppliers and publishers remain their property.
Limited license. You may use the Site for your own personal, church, school, or ministry purchasing purposes.
Prohibited activities. You may not:
Copyright complaints. If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, send a notice to [email protected].
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN THESE TERMS, THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
Manufacturer warranties. Many products carry a warranty from their manufacturer or publisher. Those warranties are provided by the manufacturer, not by us, and are subject to the manufacturer's terms. We'll help you contact the manufacturer where we can. Nothing in this section limits your rights under our return policy in Section 11.
Some states do not allow the exclusion of certain implied warranties, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CONCORDIA SUPPLY AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS, THE SITE, OR ANY PRODUCT, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, such as liability for fraud, gross negligence, or personal injury caused by our negligence. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so some of these limits may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Concordia Supply and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Site or any product, content you submit (including custom-order content), or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share your information, including our use of cookies. It is part of these Terms.
Informal resolution first. Before starting arbitration, you agree to contact us at [email protected] with a description of your claim, and we agree to try in good faith to resolve it informally. If it isn't resolved within 60 days, either party may start arbitration.
Binding arbitration. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or any product will be resolved by binding arbitration, except as described below. Arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, or its Commercial Arbitration Rules for purchases made on behalf of a church or organization. There will be one arbitrator. Any in-person hearing will take place in San Bernardino County, California, but you may choose to participate by video, by phone, or through written submissions. Fees will be allocated according to the AAA rules. The arbitrator's decision is final, and judgment on it may be entered in any court with jurisdiction. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this section.
Exceptions. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies. Either party may also go to court to stop infringement of intellectual property rights.
Class action waiver. You and we agree to bring claims only on an individual basis, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, or representative action. The arbitrator may not combine claims of more than one person. If this waiver is found unenforceable as to a particular claim or remedy, such as public injunctive relief, that claim or remedy will be decided by a court after arbitration of the remaining claims, and the rest of this section will still apply.
Opting out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing [email protected] within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. Include your name, your email address, and a clear statement that you are opting out of arbitration.
Time to bring a claim. Any claim must be brought within one year after it arose, except where a longer period is required by law.
Governing law and courts. These Terms are governed by California law, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply. Any dispute not subject to arbitration will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Bernardino County, California.
Electronic communications. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to receive communications from us electronically, including order confirmations, Autoship notices, and legal notices, and you agree that these satisfy any requirement that communications be in writing. Email notices are considered received when sent, and mailed notices 3 business days after mailing.
Force majeure. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, fire, severe weather, labor disputes, supplier or carrier failures, utility or internet outages, epidemics, and government action.
Assignment. You may not transfer these Terms without our written consent. We may transfer them, including in connection with a merger or sale of our business.
Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary or removed, and the rest of these Terms will remain in effect.
No waiver. If we don't enforce a provision, that does not waive our right to enforce it later.
Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms presented at checkout, are the entire agreement between you and Concordia Supply regarding the Site and your purchases.
Headings. Section headings are for convenience only.
