Delivery & Tracking Issues with UPS

Please know that UPS is experiencing delays with shipping times due to Covid-19 restrictions and current events affecting particular cities. Please contact your local UPS directly regarding issues with delivery and tracking of your order. Unfortunately our customer service team does not have additional information beyond what you see on UPS tracking pages.

In Stock Items - Ordering Processing Time

Our warehouse team is processing "in-stock" orders within 2 business days. We will ship Express orders within 1 business day.

Urgent & Express Orders

If your order is time sensitive please select an EXPRESS shipping option. However, we want to emphasize that UPS is not guaranteeing delivery dates at this time and we cannot offer refunds of express shipping charges.

Back Order & Preorder Items

Please reference your original order confirmation email for expected back in stock dates. Those dates are our current best estimate and if those dates change, we will send an email to you.
