Delivery & Tracking Issues with UPS
Please know that UPS is experiencing delays with shipping time due to Covid-19 and other events affecting particular cities. We recommend contacting your local UPS directly regarding issues with delivery. Our customer service team does not have additional information beyond what you see on UPS tracking pages.
In Stock Items - Ordering Processing Time
Most "in-stock" orders are shipping the same day if placed before 12pm PT. All Express orders ship the same business day if placed before 12pm PT.
Urgent & Express Orders
If your order is time sensitive please select an EXPRESS shipping option. However, please note that UPS is not guaranteeing delivery dates at this time and we cannot offer refunds of express shipping charges becuase of their delays.
Back Order & Preorder Items
Please reference your original order confirmation email for expected back in stock dates. Those dates are our current best estimate and if those dates change, we will send an email to you.
