Serving the church since 1949 and the ministries our church family serves.
One of the driving forces behind Concordia Supply is our heart for missions. We support a small group of ministries we know personally in Tanzania, Kenya, Romania and Haiti. Some of our own staff have served alongside them, and two left to serve full-time. Here is who they are, and how your church can join us.
Support this year's project
Kids in rural Tanzania collect drinking water from hand-dug holes in river beds shared with animals, carrying buckets up to 50 lbs for miles instead of sitting in class. $15,000 drills one solar-powered well and brings clean water to a village of about 1,000 people.

Kenya - Tanzania - Uganda - DR Congo | empoweringlives.org
The U.S. non-profit that fundraises and sets vision and direction for the African ministries. ELI operates primarily in Kenya and Tanzania, with work in DR Congo and Sudan, and through its extension training reaches many other African countries. ELI facilitates the funds we raise through Kids Empowering Kids to drill water wells. Concordia Supply covers nearly all of ELI Tanzania's operational costs, so every dollar raised by VBS programs goes entirely to drilling and to the community programs in the villages where we drill.

A community development and evangelistic ministry where water is the doorway. The Mighty Men Well Drillers, started in 2015 by Yakobo Sembo and Andrew Belko, drill the wells that open the relationship with each community. What begins with water grows into Bible studies, soap-making trainings, and discipleship.

Child sponsorship and orphan care, a Christian AA program, sustainable agriculture training, and a program that has moved women out of illegal alcohol brewing into honest work — among much else.
Kenya – Kapsabet and Eldoret | Led by Pastor Jackson Koech
Prison ministry, and for the past year a focused effort to reintegrate released prisoners transformed by Christ back into their communities. Independent from ELI.

Bucharest, Romania | Mihaela
A range of activities for children in Bucharest, including an after-school program that is still running today. We have worked with Mihaela for many years, reaching vulnerable children and families.

Costi is a full-time missionary to vulnerable children in Bucharest — a Romanian national, now also a U.S. citizen, who worked in our warehouse during his time in the States. Our outreach teams have run Vacation Bible School alongside him, often the first time a child there hears the gospel.
Jacmel, Haiti | Founders Dave & Darlys Bird
Calvary International Discipleship Ministries teaches the Bible as required curriculum in 20 public high schools, reaching over 4,500 students who are otherwise unchurched. Alongside it run New Life Discipleship for young adults, radio outreach, and mission teams from the U.S. Their aim is to develop Haitian youth into Christian leaders who will shape their country's future.
