"Quality & Price was very good."
"Perfect and they smell good"
"I was not pleased that when I removed them from holder the outer purple shell cracked and came off making them not usable for next year. They did burn nicely, so if your plan is one and done, they're fine. We're a small parish with only three Masses per weekend so we hoped to get another year out of the candles."
"Perfect size, quick delivery. Thank you!"
"The first set had two candles that had melted; another set was sent as a replacement; it arrived intact and the response of Concordia is very much appreciated."
"Got our shipment right out"
"I like that they last longer than regular candles."
This year, churches around the world will begin celebrating Advent starting November 28. It is a profound season beloved by many, but more profound still is the meaning behind these time-tested traditions.
Each candle is either 12", 16", 17" with a 1½" diameter base.
*Actual colors of candles may vary slightly
Stearic Candles are made with parrafin wax and stearine which is a very effective wax modifier that has been used in candle making for over 150 years. They are most common because of their lower price point and adequate for most uses.
Beeswax Candles are the highest quality in candles. The advantage of candles made with beeswax is that they burn more cleanly (less dripping wax) and burn more slowly extending the life of the candle.
Brass Advent Wreath 19" Diameter
Church Advent Candleholder - Maple Wood - Walnut Stain
Church Advent Wreath Candleholder - Solid Brass - 48" Height
Tabletop Advent Wreath - Maple Hardwood - 18" Wide
The Advent candle set is made from high-quality materials, consisting of 51% beeswax, which ensures a clean burn and a rich, natural aroma.
Each candle measures 12 inches in height and has a diameter of 1.5 inches, making them perfect for standard Advent wreaths.
This set includes three purple candles and one rose candle, which are traditional colors for Advent celebrations.
Beeswax candles generally burn longer than other types of candles due to their higher density, providing a longer-lasting light for your Advent observances.
Place the candles in an Advent wreath or holder, lighting one candle each week leading up to Christmas. Ensure they are placed on a stable surface away from drafts.
