"First this cross is made in India which may account for the one we received having several small flaws in the finish but due to the very affordable price we decided to keep it. The other problem we had was dealing with the piece of self-adhesive felt for covering the bottom of the base. The whole system is poor; the instructions are not well thought out the base needs \filler\ in the bottom and the felt doesn\t stick well. Also there should be a special note in the instructions about making sure the cross is properly \squared\ and securely tightened before applying the felt bottom. We will be working on handling the felt bottom covering with our own design."
