Iron-On Transfer Instructions

1. Prewash fabric. Do not use fabric softener.
2. Preheat dry iron to wool setting. (Irons vary. Try a slightly higher setting if needed.)
3. Pretest your fabric for heat tolerance at this setting.
4. Lay the project out on a hard, heat resistant surface.
5. Preheat the fabric surface with hot iron for about 10 seconds.
6. Position design directly on the fabric with the design faceup.
7. Cover transfer with a cotton press cloth.
8. With the heated iron, apply steady pressure firmly over the cloth-covered transfer for 30-90 seconds. Make sure to apply heat over entire design (especially corners).
9. Remove the press cloth. (Caution: Press cloth will be hot!)
10. Allow transfer to cool, then starting at a corner, slowly peel the clear plastic sheet away.
11. NOTE: If design sticks to plastic top sheet, lay the sheet back down and repeat ironing and cooling process.

General tips: Do not touch design directly with hot iron. Turn garment inside out to iron.

Care instructions: Do not not wash for up to 24 hours. Turn garment inside out, hand wash in cool water, and air dry. Some fading after washing is normal. Do not bleach.
