Prior to joining World Vision, he worked for Procter & Gamble for 27 years and was the founder of the P&G Children's Safe Drinking Water program. In 2012, he was a co-winner of The Economist Social Innovation Award, was honored as a Distinguished Alumnus of the Year by the University of North Carolina, and was named one of the top 100 marketers in the world by Internationalist Magazine.
