All VBS kits & stock items are eligible for returns. Returned items must be in "unused and re-sellable" condition to be given full credit and/or refund. **Custom items are non-returnable.
Final deadline for VBS returns is Sept 1 – no returns are accepted after this date. We allow VBS customers to return after their VBS ends, however we request you send your returns back right away the week after your VBS ends.

How do I return VBS?
Fill out the Return Form found here Simply return to us via UPS, FedEx or US postal service. We will issue a credit or refund within 1-2 weeks. Returns must be postmarked within a week after your VBS ends. Products must also be in resellable "like new" condition. Deadline for VBS returns is September 1st
