How long does it take to get my custom shirts?
It normally takes about two to three weeks for the shirts to print, ship, and deliver from the date of payment.
Can I add to my order later?
- Unfortunately, we are not able to add any shirts to your original order once printing has begun.
- You will need to place a new order with a minimum quantity of 25 shirts.
What if I am stuck and need help?
- If you need help, feel free to contact our Customer Service line at 1-800-521-0751.

- Our office hours are Monday – Friday from 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM (PST).
What is the difference between a one-color and two-color t-shirt design?
- For a one-color shirt design, customers can choose any one ink color from the given swatches.
- For a two-color shirt design, customers can choose any one of the two-color ink combos from the swatches.
Do the shirts run true to size?
- The Economy Adult & Youth sizes do run true to size, but the Premium Adult sizes are more fitted.
- Size charts: Economy Adult, Economy Youth, Premium (Youth not available).
Why is the shirt color I selected only available in Adult sizes?
- At this time, we do not offer Premium (super soft style) in Youth sizes.
- You will need to order Economy for the kids.
I ordered my shirts. How do I see the status of my order or tracking number?
- Contact our design team directly at [email protected].
- Our team responds to all emails usually within an hour or two, but no later than 1 business day.
- Our office hours are Monday – Friday from 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM (PST).
What brand of t-shirts do you offer?
- The Economy shirt uses the Gildan 5000, a classic pre-shrunk, 100% cotton t-shirt with a comfortable fit — ideal for everyday wear.
- The Premium shirt uses the Bella + Canvas 3001/CVC, a premium unisex t-shirt crafted from a soft, breathable cotton-poly blend, offering a comfortable fit with a modern, stylish look.
- Don’t see the shirt brand you want? Just ask.
What is the minimum quantity for a shirt order?
- We require a minimum order of 25 shirts before printing.
- The order must use the same ink color(s) and design, but shirt colors & sizes can be mixed.
What shirt sizes are available?
How do I order multiple shirt colors with the same design?
1. Add your first shirt color to your cart with your desired design, ink color(s), and sizes selected.
2. From the shirt order in your cart, select “Add More Shirt Colors.”
3. Follow the prompting in the pop-up window. Note: Re-enter your church name and select the same ink color(s).
4. Click “Continue Adding Shirts” and select your additional shirt color with the desired quantity.
5. Add to cart again & repeat the process if you’d like another shirt color.
Note: Quantity discounts only apply to shirts that share the same text, design, and ink colors.
Should I buy Economy or Premium shirts?
- Economy is our most popular choice — great for both children and adults, affordable, and made with heavier cotton.
- Premium is recommended for adults and volunteers — exceptional softness and quality that volunteers get excited to wear again and again.
Can I request something even more custom?
- Use the Comments box below the Design Color section to request artwork changes or additional shirt colors.
- Need a design on the back of your shirts too? No problem — your designer will reach out about the added fee.
