The Celtic Cross Pyx set provides a reverent and practical solution for carrying the Holy Eucharist to the sick and homebound. Each of the three pyxes features an embossed Celtic Cross on the lid, blending meaningful Christian symbolism with durable craftsmanship.
Manufactured by Sudbury Brass and offered under the CBCS-Sudbury subbrand, this set combines a refined appearance with practical features suited for ministering Communion with dignity and care.
Each pyx in this set can hold approximately 10 communion hosts. With three pyxes included, the complete set provides capacity for about 30 hosts total.
These pyxes are constructed from brass with a silver-plated finish. They feature a high-polish finish both inside and outside for durability and easy cleaning after use.
Each pyx measures 2 inches in diameter and 3/4 inch in depth, making them compact and portable for carrying communion to the sick and homebound.
Each pyx features a secure hinge and closure system designed for safe transport of the Holy Eucharist. This ensures the contents remain protected during travel to communion visits.
Each pyx lid features an embossed Celtic Cross design that combines meaningful Christian symbolism with elegant craftsmanship. The Celtic Cross adds a spiritual and decorative element to these communion vessels.
