You can live-edit your text on most banners. Some designs let you change fonts, colors, and backgrounds — and even add a QR code — while seeing your updates instantly.

Absolutely! The banner is made from 13 oz. scrim vinyl and is easy to clean. It is designed to withstand outdoor elements while maintaining its vibrant colors.

Are there custom size options available for the banner?

Yes, we offer standard sizes of 3×8 ft., 4×10 ft., and 5×12 ft. If you need a different size, let us know in the “Need More Help” box below the text customizations before adding to cart.

Can I collaborate with designers for a more customized banner?

You can request a custom design created completely from scratch at an added cost of $50 per banner.

When do I get to see my proof?

We do our best to send proofs as quickly as possible! However, depending on the season, the design team may take up to two days to send a proof. Please be diligent in checking your email inbox and spam/junk folder. We appreciate your patience if there is much back-and-forth communication with the design team.

Are these custom banners returnable if I am not happy with my order?

Because of the made-to-order schedule, these custom products are not returnable. If there is anything about the quality or design you are unhappy with, please email us and we will do our best to make it right. We aim for 100% customer satisfaction every day.

How long does it take to get the banner(s) in hand?

Your banner takes about 2 weeks to arrive. This includes design time and email correspondence.
