"We had several broken bottles with our shipment in July. I took pictures and emailed Concordia. I received a very nice email back saying that they were sending replacement candles. We received a full box of candles to replace the broken ones in a matter of days! We have used items from this company for many years and they are always great if there is a problem. We use Concordia for many items for our church and are always satisfied with the quality of the items and the wonderful response when shipping lets us down."
"The candles were packed very carefully."
"We enjoy using our sanctuary candles. We also like the way you pack them now for shipping. We have not had any issues with broken candles."
"They say they are 7-day but if you trim the wick prior to lighting they end up lasting 8-9 days instead!"
"burns as expected. Quality product"
"These candles are great! We've ordered them twice from Concordia now. I'd give 5 stars, but our first package, I think we had two broken candles. Concordia was great and gave us a store credit. However, I think they could be packaged a little more "snug" so that breakage doesn't occur."
"We like how quickly the candles are shipped once ordered. If any of them are broken, there is a credit given. We have not had any problems with the candles that we have used lasting all week."
"First time ordering. The candles arrived in good condition and burn well. We were missing a box ordered and the company promptly replaced it. Thank you much."
