Once you decide on content, the task of designing your own bulletins can be daunting. We've compiled some basic design principles into the acronym "S.A.I.N.T." to help you organize your content in the best way possible.
Simplicity
Make information as concise and clear as possible. Less is more!
Absolutes
Make use of contrasting sizes, shapes, and colors to guide readers' eyes through the bulletin.
Importance
Make it obvious what you want people to notice first, then second, then third, and so forth.
Neatness
Break information into bite-size sections and group related sections together.
Type & Image
Try to stick to 1-2 fonts. Use images sparingly, as they will grab a lot of attention.
