        Haven't had a chance to

"Haven't had a chance to use the new shipment yet, but the double boxing is great. The candle inserts are in perfect shape. Have used inserts from this company for over 5 years now. Very pleased with the company, price and their cooperation when something didn't arrive in the best of shape."

        — Georgia (5/5)

        Good customer service.

"When my order came some of the candles were broken so I called and reported my problem. The service department was very helpful. When I explained how 6 candles were broken and 3 were missing the wick she promptly took care of it. Instead of replacing the six candles she sent me a case. I am happy with the product and the services."
