        Q&A

      Frequently Asked Questions

      • What makes these devotional tapers 100% pure beeswax?

These devotional tapers are crafted entirely from unbleached, natural beeswax without any additives, paraffin, or synthetic materials. The unbleached beeswax maintains its natural color and properties, ensuring authenticity for traditional liturgical and Orthodox worship services.

      • How many candles are included in the 10 lb box?

Each 10 lb box contains approximately 125 to 130 devotional tapers. The exact count may vary slightly due to the handcrafted nature of the beeswax candles, but you can expect consistent bulk quantity within this range.

      • What are the exact dimensions of each devotional taper?

Each devotional taper measures 11 inches in length and 3/8 inch in diameter. These standard dimensions make them suitable for most church candle holders and traditional devotional practices in liturgical settings.

      • How do these beeswax tapers burn compared to regular candles?

Pure beeswax provides a clean, consistent burn with minimal dripping and virtually no smoke. The natural beeswax burns longer than paraffin candles and produces a subtle, pleasant honey-like fragrance that enhances the devotional atmosphere during worship services.

      • Are these candles appropriate for Orthodox and traditional liturgical services?

Yes, these 100% unbleached beeswax devotional tapers are specifically designed for Orthodox and traditional liturgical use. The natural beeswax color and pure composition align with religious traditions that require authentic beeswax candles for proper ceremonial worship.
