How to Return

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

1) Review Your Return Privileges

Generally only unopened items, in resellable condition, are accepted for returns (*see exceptions below).

2) Fill Out Return Form

Print and include this form with your return. Make a copy for your own records. This form is required for every return.



3) Ship Your Return

Pack securely and ship via a trackable shipment method (UPS, FedEx, or USPS). Please allow up to 5 business days for your credit/refund to be received and processed.

VBS

No Approval Required
Simply fill out the return form

We have the best VBS return policy! You can return even after your VBS is over. However, we do request you send your returns within one week of your VBS ending.

VBS 2018 return deadline is 9/1/2018. No returns will be accepted after this date.

Starter Kits - OK to return if opened for preview. Generous 90 day preview period for starter kits.

VBS Stock Items must be in original packaging and in resellable condition.

Sunday School

No Approval Required
Simply fill out the return form

Deadlines: Must be returned within first month of the current quarter.




Return Policy FAQ's

In general we will accept returns up to 30 days after receipt of your order. (See the generous return privileges for VBS & Sunday School)
Short answer is no, all returns must be in "resellable" condition and unopened. However, there are exceptions for items like VBS Starter Kits, and other select products. If you have particular question, please contact us prior to sending us your return.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. In cases of a product defect or incorrect shipment, we will correct at our expense.
Generally, we do not charge re-stocking fees. If there is a product that requires this it will be clearly noted and stated.
When your return is accepted, we will issue a credit or refund. Orders paid with credit card will be refunded back to the card. Orders billed to a church account will have a credit issued to their account and/or a refund check will be issued if account is paid in full. Allow up to 2-3 weeks to receive checks.
Yes. Based on the amount of returns you send back to us, we will adjust your coupon on the amount you purchased and qualify for. This will be indicated on your Credit Memo.
If your return is not accepted you will be contacted and given the reason why it was not. We generally do not send the products back. However, we can make special exceptions.
Typical reasons include, the item is not in resellable condition, has been opened, or is beyond the acceptable return date. Again if you ever have a question about your return, we are always glad to answer your questions.
