We print on three shirt styles: the Gildan 5000, the Gildan 8000 Tagless and the A4 Cooling Performance Crew N3142. Our most popular shirt, the Gildan 5000, is a standard pre-shrunk, 100% cotton t-shirt. Please see VBS Custom Shirt & Imprint Colors for more information.

The Gildan 5000 (Economy Shirt) is the most economical VBS shirt available. Please know that in order to better serve you and to navigate stock availability of various shirt colors, we will choose between a collection of similar quality shirt brands to fill your order. Economy shirts brands may include either Gildan Brand and Port & Company brand shirts. Each of these shirts have a very similar characteristics and qualities that you would expect for a basic economy priced screen printed shirt.
Material for the shirts (cotton or polyester blend) depends on the actual color the shirt. Most colors are 100% Pre-Shrunk Cotton but other select colors are made with Poly/Cotton blend of 50/50 or 90/10. We cannot guarantee exactly which blend is used for each color as there is variation between brands and colors.
Actual colors and placement of design may differ slightly than what appears on your computer screen, our printing team takes great care and works to be as exact as possible when printing the designs.
Note: The select shirt colors are available in Adult sizes only: Berry, Blackberry, Brown Savana, Cornsilk, Gravel, Heather Military Green, Heather Red, Heather Sapphire, Ice Grey, Lilac, Midnight, Russet, Sunset, Turf Green, Tweed and all Antique styles.
We offer all sizes from Youth XS to Adult XXXXXL, although some shirt colors are only available in Adult sizes. There is an additional charge of $2/shirt for Adult XXL and Adult XXXL and $4/shirt for Adult XXXXL and Adult XXXXXL (not all colors available in larger sizes).
Some Gildan 5000 shirt colors are only available in Adult sizes, including Antique Cherry Red, Antique Irish Green, Antique Jade Dome, Antique Orange, Antique Sapphire, Berry, Blackberry, Brown Savanna, Cornsilk, Gravel, Heather Military Green, Heather Red, Heather Sapphire, Ice Grey, Lilac, Midnight, Russet, Sunset, Turf Green and Tweed.

We require a minimum order of 25 shirts. Must be the same "ink design", but the shirt colors & sizes can be mixed.
We know it can take time to gather shirt sizes for everyone at your VBS. Use the chart below to decide how many shirts to order if you are unable to get an exact quantity. We always recommend ordering more shirts than you need.
Unfortunately we are not able to add any shirts to your original order once printing has begun.
We do not accept returns on any Custom VBS T-shirt order. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us.
There are two ways to order. You can customize the design yourself or have our Design Team do it for you.
If you choose to customize yourself, you will be able to choose your shirt/ink colors and edit portions of your shirt. If you choose to have our Design Team customize for you, please call us at 800-521-0751.
Imprint can be placed on the front or back of shirt. It cannot go on shirt sleeves. There is an additional charge of approximately $2-$4 per shirt for additional imprints (depending on quantity and number of colors).
The design will be printed at the same width across all shirts, regardless of shirt size. By default, we print most designs at 10" wide* unless there are youth sizes included in your order, in which case the default size is 8" wide*. If you would like a different size graphic, please indicate it upon ordering. Please note that 8" wide is the maximum width when youth sizes are included.
*When printing on the center of the shirt. Widths for a left chest imprint will print at a default size of 4" wide.
All of our custom shirts can be formatted to one-color, two-color and sometimes full-color designs.
One-color simply means there will be one ink color on the shirt and Two-color means there will be two ink colors. A Full-color digital print means there will be three or more colors in the design.
