Shipping Information

Regular orders typically ship UPS Ground. Small orders may also be shipped via USPS Priority or First Class. Regular orders are processed and shipped promptly within 1-2 days. If you have special delivery requirements please indicate in comments section during checkout.

Important! If you need the product by a certain date please indicate in "date needed by" section at the end of the checkout process to ensure we get it to you on time. When delivery time is particularly crucial you should call us at 1.800.521.0751 to verify stock availability.

Express shipping is also available with UPS Next Day, 2-Day Air, and 3-Day Select. Additional cost will be indicated during checkout. If you have a question about shipping costs, please do not hesitate to call us. Express and rush orders are shipped same day if ordered by 2:00pm Pacific time.

Canada & International Orders - Currently we do not ship outside the U.S. We plan to offer service to Canada and other international destinations in the future. Sorry for the inconvenience. Check back soon.

Payment Information

We accept two different payment methods. You can pay with Credit/Debit Card or if ordering for established church's we can bill to a Church Account.

Credit/Debit Cards Accepted - Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express

Bill to Church Account - We will invoice your order upon shipment, with payment due within 30 days

New Church Accounts - All established churches are eligible for an open account with Concordia Supply. For new accounts just checkout as normal indicating that you are billing to a new church account in the billing information section. Be sure to provide all your church information (address, phone etc.) when you checkout and you are set up, it's that easy. Note: You may be contacted for more information. New Church Accounts are subject to approval and we may require a credit card for first time orders.

Delayed Payment- For VBS and Sunday School Curriculum you have even longer (check those sections for details).

Return Policy

We will accept returns for unused items up to 30 days after your place an order.

The return policy is varies for particular seasonal products such as Vacation Bible School (VBS returns are extended until after VBS is over) or Sunday School Curriculum (please click the links for more info).

How to Return - It's Easy! All we ask is that you include a copy of the "yellow" packing slip if available. If not available, please include your church information and a list of items returned, so we can pull up your account and give credit to whom it is due. Again, feel free to call customer service with any questions.
