Duties & Taxes: Most of our products are produced in the USA and qualify under NAFTA. However, some products may be subject to duties and taxes. Customers are responsible to pay this fee to the delivery company.
*Shipping costs for orders that are higher than normal will be quoted and customer will be contacted with exact postage cost prior to shipping.

About Church Accounts
- All established churches are eligible for an open billing account with
Concordia Supply. Please call if you wish to set up a church account.
Note: You may be contacted for more information. New Church Accounts are subject to approval and we may require a credit card for first time orders.
Delayed Payment- For VBS and Sunday School Curriculum you have even longer (check those sections for details).
Return Policy
Easy Returns & 100% Satisfaction Guarantee - We will accept returns up to 30 days after your place an order. We do not charge restocking fees. Call us at 800-521-0751 if you have a issue with any product or order, prior to returning it. Our return policy is even better for particular seasonal products (see below):
- VBS Returns - are accepted even after your VBS is over! All we ask is that you return them within one week after your VBS is over.
Sorry, but no returns are accepted after September 1st.
- Sunday School Returns - Returns accepted up to one month into the current quarter.
How to Return Products
- It's Easy!
1. Pack it securely.
2. Include a copy of the "yellow"
packing slip if available -or- at least include your church
information and a list of items returned. This is so we can pull up your account
and give credit/refund to whom it is due.
3. Send it to our address via UPS or USPS
