DETAILS ABOUT CUSTOMIZING A BANNER:  

IT'S FREE: We will customize the text, add a logo, or change the size of any banner on our website for free. These are considered "basic" changes. We will send up to 3 email proofs for you to approve.

Extra changes and proofs may require a $20 design fee. This could include things like more than 3 proofs and "excessive" changes being made. We'll always let you know ahead of time if a design fee is going to be necessary.

HOW IT WORKS

1) Simply type in the CUSTOM TEXT when you order the item online or over phone.

2) We'll email a "proof" of the custom design for your approval. (Allow 24-48 hours for custom banner proofs to be sent to you)
3) Once design is approved by you, expect 4-5 business days for the printed banner to arrive. Always include a "Need By Date".

IMPORTANT: Custom Banners are NOT returnable. The nature of custom banners do not allow us to accept returns. In the case of a defect we will gladly replace.
