1.       Why Order VBS from Concordia Supply?

2.       What is the Return Policy?

-          You can return all unused and unopened student lessons and crafts. There are no limits on returns, but returns must be mailed to us within one week of you school ending. Some courses have additional return privileges, call us for details. No returns after September 1, 2008. Please call with any specific questions about returns.

 

3.       How do I return my items?

-          We recommend shipping UPS but any shipping method can be used. Your are responsible for shipping charges to us.

-          Please include a copy of your invoice or packing slip if available. If not, please include your church information so we know who to give the credit/refund to.

4.       When will I get my order?

-          We typically ship within 24 hours of receiving your order. If you need your order sooner please indicate in the notes section upon checkout or call us. This ensures you will receive your order in time.  Express Shipping through UPS is available, extra charges apply.

 

5.       Can you ship to a PO Box?

-          Yes, but we can only ship using US Postal Service Priority Mail. This may or may not cost you extra in shipping charges depending on the size of your order. Please call if you must ship to a PO Box.

 

6.       Can you bill my church on account?

-          Yes, any established church is eligible for a church account. If ordering VBS you do not have to pay until your VBS is over! All other orders terms are Net 30.

 

7.       How do I set up a church account?

-          When you checkout, simply indicate that you would like to bill to your church and enter your church billing information. Someone from Customer Service may contact you if there is any more information required.

 

8.       How do I use the VBS Coupons?

-          If ordering online, mention the coupons in the “notes section” when you checkout. The discount will be adjusted by us when we review your order. Please call if you have any questions.


9.       Where do I enter the Free Shipping Promo Code?

-          Enter the promo code in the box on the first page at checkout (shipping information page).


10.       What's the low price guarantee and how do I claim it?

-          We will match any competitor's advertised price, in the notes section indicate that you found lower prices. Give us the website or company name and the products that  you found for a lower price and your order will be adjusted. Feel free to call with any questions regarding this.

11.       I have a credit balance, can I get a refund?

-     If your account is paid and you have a credit balance you can apply the credit to future purchases, or call our credit department for a prompt refund


12.   I keep getting an error message when I submit my order?

-          If this happens please call 1-800-521-0751. You may try to submit again, if you receive a confirmation email than your order did come through. We apologize for any inconvenience.
